Support to learning process is ensured through consideration of needs of individual students and may consist of:
- Development of individual educational plan (accommodation or adaptation of vocational education program)
- Adaptation of learning materials or development of supportive educational resources
- Support with inclusive education specialist
- Support with education process assistant
- Support with student individual assistant (personal assistant)
- Support with sign language translator
- Support with orientation and mobility trainer
- Support with assistant of student with visual impairment
- Support with audio program trainer
- Support with extra devices
- Ensure transportation
Internships and employment promotion are especially important for students with special educational needs, as they allow them to transfer their knowledge in a different environment from the learning process; Currently, vocational education institutions organize internships for students with special educational needs at their partner enterprises.
